The 2020 Annual Conference will call attendees to discuss ways in which we can all collaborate to ensure our forests’ future.

Keynote Speaker, Carol Phillips:

Carol Phillips is a partner at Moriyama and Teshima Architects, a renowned architecture firm known for remarkable and innovative projects in Canada and internationally. Carol is a fellow of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada, as well as a member of the Markham and TCHC Design Review Panels. Known for her award-winning design solutions, Carol regularly contributes to schools of architecture across the country as a guest critic and speaker. Her practice has become increasingly focused on designing low-carbon solutions in response to the architectural problems posed by the climate crisis. For Carol, the collaborative creative process is the basis of innovative design solutions capable of bringing people together and connecting them to nature.
