Nortrax, Inc. has announced they have been named a Hitachi forestry products dealer effective May 9, 2019.
Hitachi’s purpose-built forestry products will be a strong complement to Nortrax’s John Deere offering and is a natural fit, as both product lines are designed and manufactured through a joint venture – Deere-Hitachi Specialty Products (DHSP) – in Langley, BC.

The dealer change will give Hitachi equipment owners the opportunity to increase their operational uptime, thanks to a larger-than-ever offering of products, parts, services, and technology. Additionally, Nortrax operates 29 locations in eastern Canada with great field service technician coverage and support. Existing Nortrax customers will also benefit from the additional forestry product options. The Nortrax area of responsibility will include all its Ontario, Newfoundland, Labrador and Quebec locations.
